To reserve a property an administration charge of £100 + VAT and a reference charge of £70 + VAT. In the event that your application is declined due to unsatisfactory references, the admin charge will not be refunded.
Before any tenancy begins you will sign a tenancy agreement setting out the landlord's and tenant's obligations. A charge of £80 + VAT is made for the preparation of the original Agreement and a further £65 + VAT for any extension agreement(s) subsequently entered into.
