Located in the heart of Easter Compton and offering deceptively spacious living accommodation over three floors, is this attractive Cotswold stone terraced home. The property has been well maintained by the present owner and allows space for a growing family. The ground floor comprises entrance hall, good size kitchen/breakfast room with a range of fitted wall and base units, integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher, separate utility room with space for white goods, well proportioned lounge overlooking the pretty back garden with double patio doors leading outside and a down stairs cloakroom. On the first floor you can find two super double bedrooms with an en suite shower-room to the master and the family bathroom with shower bath. The second floor offers two further double bedrooms with dormer windows, with vast views across the countryside and the Severn bridge.
Externally, the property boasts a pleasing rear garden, mainly laid to level lawn and backing onto open fields attracting a variety of wildlife. There is a good size detached garage to the front of the property with power, ample storage space and allocated parking for two extra vehicles.
Further benefits to this fantastic family home include, gas central heating and double glazed windows. Internal viewing highly recommended.
